The Smart 27 is the first and only Smart self catering accommodation in Yorkshire. Here you will find automated lighting, heating, access control, shading, and multi room audio throughout.

The terraced house includes 2 beautifully designed double bedrooms, a Masterclass kitchen with Neff smart appliances, living room with concealed projector and projector screen, separate dining room, and stunning bathroom with big, open shower room.
 

Ceiling speakers throughout the property make sure you start the day with the right tracks that follow you around.

Exquisite lighting design throughout.

A tablet in the living room is the control centre, where you can access and control all the different features, however the house pretty much looks after itself. If you're staying for multiple days, you are welcome to download a free app that will allow to control the house from your smartphone.

The touch pad outside by the door ensures you don't have to worry about losing the keys, and also that you can check yourself in anytime.
